Encounter Henri Nouwen with the Anselm Society Book Club.
Have you encountered author Henri Nouwen? He was an internationally renowned priest, professor, and pastor who wrote 40 books on spiritual life, focusing on deepening one's relationship with God.
One of his most beloved titles is The Return of the Prodigal Son: A Story of Homecoming, which has sold more than a million copies worldwide. Nouwen wrote it after encountering the famous Rembrandt painting by the same name.
The Anselm Society Book Club has chosen Return of the Prodigal as its next book selection. Our next meeting will be at 6:30 pm, Saturday, February 19, 2022. All are welcome, but space is limited.
We will be meeting in a new location near downtown Colorado Springs. Please RSVP to anita@anselmsociety.org, and someone will contact you with directions.
We hope you will join us for what may be a multi-month exploration of this deep and inspiring book!
The Henri Nouwen Society offers a free study guide for The Return of the Prodigal Son.
The Common Room is a regular Anselm Society community gathering for study or creating, in the company of likeminded souls doing the same.
