Manage a Member or Patron Account

Thank you for supporting the Anselm Society! We have a small donor care staff, but our system is pretty good at letting you manage your own giving, and if you have problems, we can usually get back to you within 24 hours.

If you feel a bit out of the loop on our mission/vision, upcoming plans, or how your gifts are used, we’d love to chat by phone (or get coffee if you live in Colorado Springs). Just let us know!

  • Update your payment or contact information

  • Use member discounts for events

  • Access exclusive content

Old Kindful system

Set up a member account (Guild, member, or patron) in our old Kindful system? No problem. Here’s how to update your membership so you have access to all the goodies. (We’ll gradually phase out the old system)

How to update your information

If you have an active recurring gift or have made gifts in the past, click here to manage your account. You can update your address, your card/expiration date, giving amount/frequency/date, and so on.

  • You can click “forgot your password” to be emailed a password reset.

  • If that doesn’t work or you’ve never logged in before, click here to set up your account.

Troubleshooting

  • If you log in and don’t see info that you think should be there, contact us. Our system sometimes creates duplicates that confuse the login process—annoying, but easy and quick to fix from our end.

  • If you can’t remember your password, go here and follow the instructions. Our staff cannot reset your password for you.

  • If all else fails, contact us. We can probably update whatever you need from our end.
