Join the Anselm Society Book Club as it branches out to film.
Come watch the cinematic retelling of the short story we feasted over last month! Join us at 6:30pm Saturday, Nov. 20, to watch the 1987 movie, Babette's Feast, which won that year's Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film.
We'll gather in the home of Judith Sears for a 6:45pm screening of the 104-minute film. Snacks for sharing are encouraged. (But they don't have to be French cuisine.)
Newcomers are welcome, and no matter if you've never read the short story. For more information, including location, drop a note to anita@anselmsociety.org.
