Thank you for being an Arts Guild member! If you feel a bit out of the loop on our mission/vision, upcoming plans, we’d love to chat by phone (or get coffee if you live in Colorado Springs). Just let us know, or contact the Guild leadership directly!


How to update your information

If you have an active recurring transaction, click here to manage your account. You can update your address, your card/expiration date, giving amount/frequency/date, and so on.

  • You can click “forgot your password” to be emailed a password reset.

  • If that doesn’t work or you’ve never logged in before, click here to set up your account.


Troubleshooting

  • If you log in and don’t see info that you think should be there, contact us. Our system sometimes creates duplicates that confuse the login process—annoying, but easy and quick to fix from our end.

  • If you can’t remember your password, go here and follow the instructions. Our staff cannot reset your password for you.

  • If all else fails, contact us. We can probably update whatever you need from our end.
