From the earliest days of the Anselm Society, singing was a big part of our DNA. We want to re-normalize singing together. Singing together builds community and creates shared stories and identity, and the physical act of singing literally reduces stress (as well as bringing joy through the music itself!). We want to continue to create opportunities for you to sing—or to learn how to sing.

As part of that, we're pleased to announce that we're formalizing what's historically been an informal partnership with Soli Deo Gloria Choir, a 100+ voice, non-audition community choir in Colorado Springs specializing in sacred music, directed by the incredible Nathaniel Voelker. With this partnership, we aim to bring you more beautiful music, but also more opportunities to make music and develop your skills. (Look for more this fall!)

Soli Deo Gloria Choir is starting up fall rehearsals after Labor Day, so if you want to join for the fall, now's the time. (Brian especially wants more guys to come hang out with him in the tenor/bass sections!) Learn more (and apply) at https://solideogloriacs.org/index.html. See bottom of this page for details.

If you have questions, we encourage you to contact us or talk to Brian Brown or Terri Moon, both of whom sing in the choir!
